Mendel Koerts is a Principal Consultant and SAP Enterprise Architect at Capgemini. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Logistics as well as a Masters degree in Computing Science. Mendel has extensive experience in architecting and implementing SAP solutions. He did his first SAP work in 1995, being employed by one of the legal predecessors of Capgemini. Mendel is a TOGAF-certified architect and is engaged by clients to assist with longer-term planning for SAP-enabled transformation and to pragmatically govern and manage the actual implementation. His profound knowledge of SAP has been beneficial to many clients in the Products Industry, the Financial Services Industry, and the Public sector.

His specific area of expertise is the integral application of the Services Thinking concept in both the Business and IT domain, specifically SAP-rich ones. Mendel participated in the SAP, IDS Scheer and Capgemini collaborative initiative on Enterprise Architecture. This initiative resulted in the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (SAP EAF) which served as the basis for open standard TOGAF 9. He is a frequent speaker at SAP-related seminars and conferences, is a guest lecturer, and publishes his opinions on SAP-related topics in the Capgemini CTO blog and in various professional magazines. Lucas Osse is a Principal Consultant at Capgemini. He holds a Masters degree in Physics and another degree in Business Administration. Since 2003 his focus is on applying the architectural way of thinking to planning issues that involve any SAP solutions. He has been instrumental in bringing Capgemini’s SAP and architecture capabilities closer together.

Lucas’ work at clients mostly concerns bridging business and IT. His special expertise is in making the match between business and IT topics at strategic, tactical and project level. Lucas also participated in the SAP, IDS Scheer and Capgemini collaborative initiative on Enterprise Architecture (SAP EAF).
